Major Project: Model Optimise Process

The overall appearance is near completion and I started to develop some organic wall materials which can be applied onto the exteriors. This is to enable light weight plant or grass to be able to grow and embed on the exterior wall. The purpose is to provide a cooling solution to cool down the building and reduce some of the sunlight reaching into the interior as possible, and to give a greener aesthetic look of the building.

However, after I have applied those organic materials onto the building I have encountered huge problems as it reduces the frames per second to around five or lower which means it is impossible to continue the modelling process as everything is extremely lagging and unresponsive.

Therefore, I had to remove the organic wall on the exterior and optimise the model first before applying them back to the exterior as the model become not usable because both the programme and the model is not responsible as the total polys and verts are complex and huge figures. Also, I have been looking into solutions and forum from Autodesk Knowledge Network trying to seeking if there are any suggestions on how to fix the lagging issues.
